As an investor, you need to be aware of the risks involved. Please do not invest if you cannot afford to loose the money. Every investment is risky. Be it on the stock market or with a private company like ours.
That said, greater risks also entail greater rewards. Not only can this character-building game change lives, it can also make money. And that money can be used to change more lives, and to pay back our investors. We anticipate to pay our investors multiples of the original amount invested. In addition, all investors from British Columbia, Canada, are eligible for a 30% income tax credit on their investment.
Unfortunately, not all interested parties can become investors. If you're not a friend or relative of one of the board members, you will need to be either rich or an accredited investor. Please ask us if you qualify. The conditions vary country to country, even province to province.
Because we're acting under the exempt conditions of the Securities Act, we do not need to supply you with a memorandum or prospectus, and we can only allow for 50 investors in total. Since we have to raise over $0.5 million, we can only allow for an investment of $10,000 for the first 5 investors. Thereafter it will increase to $25,000 and $50,000.
Please note that all investors will have to sign a subscription agreement.
